Yoga By The Bay is back, due to popular demand!
Now that the evenings come sooner and the weather is cooler, we're moving indoors; join us in the Canvasback room (located next to the deck where we practiced all summer) for an hour of yoga beginning at 5:30pm, followed by a half hour of meditation - the series starts on October 18th!
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel. Drop in rates for the general public are $12 (available online for a small fee, here: http://www.brownpapertickets.com/event/2696974
The weather could become a bit dicey, so our tentative schedule is as follows:
October 18th & 25th;
Nov 8th, 22nd, & 29th;
Dec 13th & 20th;
Jan 3rd, 17th, & 20th
