As the seasons change yet again, Yoga By The Bay in collaboration with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation continues!
Join me each Tuesday evening for an hour of asana practice, and then stay for a half hour of meditation if you'd like. For the remainder of summer we'll begin at 6pm, please note that on September 25th we'll switch back to a 5:30 start time. As the weather slowly grows cooler and the days begin to shorten, we'll also move indoors and practice in the Canvasback room.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel. Drop in rates for the public are $12 per class.
