Yoga By The Bay in collaboration with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, is continuing in 2018! The series begins again on January 9th. We'll practice indoors beginning at 5:30pm each Tuesday evening, and end with a half hour of meditation.
The winter series is currently planned as follows:
January 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th
February 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
March 13th, **20th**, 27th
April 3rd, 17th
Weather may become a factor, so please stay in touch. ** March 20th** is the first day of Spring, so on that evening let's shift our class start time to 6pm to celebrate the longer days and we'll move out onto the deck as soon as the weather cooperates.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel. Drop in rates for the public are $12 per class, and CBF staff are offered a class pass; both can be found here. Feel free to message me with any questions you may have!
