Yoga By The Bay in collaboration with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, is continuing this fall!
We'll move indoors as the weather cools and begin earlier as the days shorten; class will begin at 5:30pm followed by a half hour of meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel. Drop in rates for the public are $12 per class and can be purchased in advance, here.
The fall series is currently planned as follows:
Sept. 5th, 19th, 26th
Oct. 3rd, 17th, 24th & 31st
Nov. 7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th
Dec. 5th, 12th, 19th, & 26th
