Would you like to take a moment for yourself to center and reset in celebration of the holiday? Who doesn't need a little mothering?! This workshop will build on the concepts of self-care presented previously, and while new material about being resilient will be covered, no prior knowledge is necessary. Consider bringing a self-care compatriot; so that you can keep each other on track.
In this two hour workshop:
We'll discuss some behind the scenes science;
We'll practice therapeutic yoga meant for every body;
We'll leave with some tips, tools, and a few things to implement at home;
And again be reminded that self-care is never selfish.

Please wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one.
