This special series of Sunday evening classes (from 3 to 5pm each evening) will provide participants with a safe space to explore Yoga Nidra, a technique for deep healing and rejuvenation, as follows:

* April 23rd
* April 30th
We will begin each evening with gentle warm-ups, somatic movements and self-massage techniques in preparation for entering a state of profound rest where true healing can take place.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative practice that requires nothing of you, simply lie down and listen. While you give yourself permission to rest and restore, you will find yourself tapping into your innate ability to heal. You will leave with several ideas for both self-care and your own home practice. No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed.
Registration is required and space is extremely limited! Early birds interested in the entire series and paying before April 2nd will be charged only $85, afterwards the entire series will be offered at $95 with single sessions becoming available for $40 per session; student and other discounts are also being offered but must be discussed in advance.
