Profound Rest Series

Take time to nourish and care for yourself, before we head into the season of gratitude and giving - join me at my home studio, I'll tuck you in!

This special series of Sunday evening classes (from 6 to 8pm each evening) will provide participants with a safe space to explore Yoga Nidra, a technique for deep healing and rejuvenation, as follows:

* November 6th
* November 13th
* November 20th

We will begin each evening with gentle warm-ups, somatic movements and self-massage techniques in preparation for entering a state of profound rest where true healing and transformation also take place. 

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditative practice that requires nothing of you, simply lie down and listen. While you give yourself permission to rest and restore, you will find yourself tapping into your inate ability to heal. You will leave with several ideas for self-care and your own home practice as well. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed. 

$50 for the entire series (space is extremely limited); $20 drop-in rates for single sessions
