This workshop will build on the concepts of self-care presented previously, and while new material will be covered, no prior knowledge is necessary.
Does life seem unrelenting? Have you experienced a major setback on your self-care journey? Would you like to take a moment for yourself to reset? This event is meant for you!
In this two hour workshop:
We'll discuss some behind the scenes science;
We'll practice therapeutic yoga meant for every body;
We'll leave with some tips, tools, and a few things to implement at home;
And again be reminded that self-care is never selfish.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Please bring a water bottle and yoga mat if you have one. You are also encouraged to bring an old fashioned pen 'n' journal or the modern-day equivalent to record your thoughts.
