As the season changes and the days lengthen, we begin at 6pm and move from the Canvasback room and out onto the deck as the weather allows. Join me each Tuesday evening (a few exceptions are noted below) for an hour of asana practice, and then stay for a half hour of meditation if you'd like.

We'll practice each posture/asana and find the variation appropriate for everyone before moving to the next posture. The Philosophy of Yoga at The JCC

Yoga by The Bay

Yoga By The Bay in collaboration with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, is continuing this winter!

We've moved indoors for the cooler weather and begin earlier as the days shorten; class will begin at 5:30pm followed by a half hour of meditation. 

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel. Drop in rates for the public are $12 per class and can be purchased in advance, here.

Kripalu Yoga before Tara Brach's Talks

In collaboration with The Insight Meditation Society of Washington; I'll be teaching Kripalu yoga before Tara Brach's guided meditation and Dharma talk this evening.

Please stay tuned for the new year schedule!

I instruct yoga meant for everyone, including beginners and those recovering from injury. Class begins promptly at 6:30pm, and is offered by Dana donation ($5 to $10 is suggested) - join us!
