Yoga By The Bay, in collaboration with The Chesapeake Bay Foundation, continues!
Join me each Tuesday evening for an hour of asana practice, and then stay for a half hour of meditation if you'd like. Please note that on September 25th we'll switch back to a 5:30 start time. As the weather slowly grows cooler and the days begin to shorten, we'll also move indoors and practice in the Canvasback room.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a water bottle, yoga mat or towel. Drop in rates for the public are $12 per class.
